By using this site or working with KOHAKU, you agree to the following.

What we do

We create custom manga, motion content, trailers, and ads. Project scope, timeline, and price are agreed in writing before any paid work begins.

Payment

• Prices are quoted per project or as a monthly retainer.
• Free samples carry no obligation on either side.
• Paid work starts once terms are agreed.

Ownership

Once a project is fully paid, the final delivered work is yours to use. We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Revisions

Reasonable revisions are part of the deal. Major changes outside the agreed scope may affect price or timeline.

Liability

We deliver our best work, but we are not liable for indirect losses. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.
