• Contact details you give us: name and email, when you message us or use the chat.
• Your messages: anything you type in the contact form or chat widget.
• Basic usage data: standard analytics your browser sends, used only to keep the site working.

How we use it

• To reply to you and discuss a possible project.
• To follow up over email if you leave the site mid-conversation.
• Nothing else. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Where it lives

Your messages and contact details are stored securely with our backend provider (Supabase). Only KOHAKU can read them.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your data anytime. Just email us and it's gone.
